Vegan Diet (Plant-based diet) is Affordable and Easy!

Many people assume that thriving on vegan diet is expensive. With some planning, it is very easy to thrive on vegan diet. I regularly buy brown rice, oats, beans, lentils , quinoa, spinach, apples, grapes, bananas, almonds, and walnuts from Costco. Sometimes, I purchase vegan ice cream, chocolates, rice milk , and tofu at Trader Joe's or Whole Foods Market. Buying seasonal fruits and vegetables is another great idea to save money...
